The design reflects Iceland’s contrasts: fire and ice, rough terrain and smooth water, shadow and diffused northern light. Rather than relying on ornament, the space communicates through material authenticity and atmospheric restraint. The room feels grounded, elemental, and contemplative—like standing on cooled lava fields beneath a pale Arctic sky.
